General Management
Endric Schubert, PhD

Dr. Endric Schubert is an experienced technologist and entrepreneur in the field of electronic and semiconductor design. His background includes software engineering, FPGA technology, Reconfigurable Computing and Embedded Systems design. He worked in the Advanced Technology Group at Exemplar Logic, at Axis Systems, at Aristo Technology Inc. and later co-founded Bridges2Silicon, Inc. and ESIC-Solutions. He has authored various technical publications, is inventor of several patents and holds lectures on electronic system design.
Endric holds an Electrical Engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.) from University of Karlsruhe, Germany and a PhD degree from University of Tuebingen, Germany. He is a guest lecturer on system level design at the University of Ulm, Germany.
Felix Eckstein

Felix Eckstein has been working many years in the field of electronic design with a particular focus on automotive and aerospace. He is an expert in hardware design, digital high-speed printed circuit board design and founded Eckstein Embedded Engineering. Before Missing Link Electronics he was working as a design consultant on various automotive and aerospace projects, and prior to that he was a hardware design engineer at AMO GmbH, Germany, working on FPGA-based prototyping systems.
Felix holds an Electrical Engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.) from RWTH Aachen, Germany.

Robert Gardner

Robert Gardner is a senior business executive who has held executive sales and CEO/COO positions at successful semiconductor and EDA companies including Philips/Signetics, Hamilton-Avnet, Advanced Micro Devices, Exemplar Logic, and Bridges2Silicon, Inc. Robert is also the Executive Director of the EDA Consortium in San Jose, CA.
Robert has a BSEE from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, California.
Sebastian Stiemke

Sebastian Stiemke has serverd as the General Manager for two automotive parts suppliers in Europe. He has broad experience in the European automotive and aerospace industry where he advised OEMs and suppliers on improvement of development processes, quality control and the optimization of validation and verification processes. Prior to that he worked for the Quality Department of Audi AG Ingolstadt, Germany.
Sebastian has a degree in mechanical engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from TU Berlin, Germany.
Skandakumar Visvanathan

Skanda Visvanathan has many years of experience in senior-level business development for technology companies in the semiconductor area. He is serving as Director of Business Development for Verigy US Inc., Cupertino, CA.
Skanda Visvanathan has a degree in electrical engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Hamburg, Germany and an MBA degree from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK.
David Boggs, PhD

Dr. David Boggs was member of the research staff at Xerox PARC where he co-invented Ethernet. He was co-founder of LAN Media Corp. where he designed and manufactured Ethernet and WAN hardware. David is an expert in computer networking technology, FPGA design, Embedded System design and Unix/Linux operating systems. He is a member of the IEEE and a fellow of the ACM.
David holds a MSEE from Princeton University and a PhD degree from Stanford University.
